Hohenstein is a 16.2 hand black Trakehner stallion born in 1991. He is approved in the following registries: Trakehner, Hanoverian, Oldenburg, Rheinland, Westfalia, Sachsen-Anhalt, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland. Hohenstein is a gorgeous black stallion who has an incredible breeding and competition record. He became premium at the licensing in Neum¸nster in 1993. In 1994 he was Reserve Champion at his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf with a total index of 134.05, winning the dressage section and became rideability champion with 148.29 points. In 1997 Hohenstein presented the champion of the stallion licensing. In 1999 he was proclaimed an Elite Stallion and in 2002 he became stallion of the year and his son, His Highness, became champion of the stallion licensing in Verden. Hohenstein ranks #7 in the dressage index breeding value of his Hanoverian daughters in the Hanoverian Yearbook of Stallions 2005.
